Pharmacy Weight Loss Chapeltown is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in Chapeltown, UK. We provide online consultations and, where clinically appropriate, prescription weight loss treatments to eligible patients.
You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. You must be a UK resident and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date health and personal information during the consultation process.
You are not eligible if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have contraindications to the requested treatment as identified during your consultation. We reserve the right to decline a consultation or prescription request at any time on clinical or safety grounds.

We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement at all times.
Prescriptions issued are valid for the purposes stated on the prescription only. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any medication supplied to you.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Where a prescription is not issued following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee. Any standalone consultation fees that are non-refundable will be clearly stated before payment.
Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including postal delays or public holidays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to the delivery address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your order. We cannot accept liability for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address being provided.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been reviewed and approved by contacting us immediately. A full refund will be issued in this case.
Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the medicinal nature of the products, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (as applied to medicinal goods).
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or primary care provider. We recommend you inform your GP of any treatments prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone. Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee any specific clinical outcome.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
